Hi Steve, Please run get-oabvirtualdirectory |fl to ensure the URL (Internal URL and External URL) for OAB has been configured. If the URL is not configured, you can use Set-OABVirtualDirectory command to set the URL for them Set-OABVirtualDirectory http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124707.aspx After that, please restart the computer which has Outlook client installed and test the issue again.
